Rich-
The owner of Advanced Window Washing and the person from whom you can expect your free estimate. He brings with him 18+ years of experience in the window washing industry; there's not one window issue he hasn't seen before. He has personally trained each one of his employees to impart his window washing wisdom and knowledge. Aside from window washing, Rich was blessed with his first grandchild this spring!
Alex-
At 22 years old, Alex already has 8+ years of window washing experience under his belt. He is second in command to Rich and a manager of Advanced Window Washing. Alex is responsible for taking care of the highest windows on each job site. When he is not window washing, Alex puts all his energy into persuing a degree at Western Michigan Universty in Global and International Studies.
Abby-
She doesn't look like your typical window washer, but don't let looks fool you! Abby has been a part of the team for two years and is a self-described "window perfectionist." After she and the Advanced Window Washing team are through with your windows, there will not be a streak to be found. Abby is currently enrolled in her final undergraduate course at Grand Valley State University and will graduate August of 2014 with a bachelor's degree in English. When she is not window washing or at Grand Valley, she can be found at Striders Inc. giving expert advice about running.

The newest member of the Advanced Window Washing team. Josh is a former painter who is no stranger to the care that goes into home services.
