Communicate your schedule
It is our job to cater to your time needs; completing your windows to your highest satisfaction is our priority. That being said, we often can only make time approximations due to the unpredictability of each customer's window needs. Often times, we will arrive at your location from a different site and are going to another destination after yours. If you have a rigid or flexible time frame please let us know! We will do everything we can to satisfy your schedule's restrictions.

Check the weather
The good news is, rain after your windows have been cleaned will not compromise the service you purchased. However, rain during the washing processes will yield results lower than our high standards. Neither your windows nor our standards should suffer because of Mother Nature. If rain is threatening to jeopardize the cleanliness of your windows, we will make plans with you to come another day.
Notice what is surrounding your windows
Note that blinds, curtains, heavy furniture, and other obstacles can slow down the cleaning process. Though we are experts at maneuvering around these obstacles, we ask you to move your important fragile items out of harm's way. We would hate to be responsible for any accident that could have been avoided. This is only a precaution as Advanced Window Washing has an excellent track record and has never before damaged an item belonging to any customer.
